Mary Beth Navarra-Sirio, from UPMC Enterprises, cautioned that without a deep understanding of clinical processes, even the best technology can falter. “You could have the best technology in the world, but if you really don’t understand how it needs to support a clinical process, you won’t win in this space,” she stated.
