NBA 2K26 Ratings Surge: Markkanen Hits 87, Doncic Reaches 97!
UPDATE: The latest NBA 2K26 ratings update has just been released, showcasing significant shifts in player ratings following the season’s early games. Lauri Markkanen of the Utah Jazz has made headlines with a jump to an impressive 87 OVR, while Luka Doncic of the Los Angeles Lakers has reached a staggering 97 OVR.
JUST ANNOUNCED: Markkanen’s rise follows a sensational performance where he scored 51 points against the Phoenix Suns, marking one of the highest single-game totals in franchise history. This significant achievement clearly illustrates his recovery from last season’s injuries, boosting his overall rating by three points.
Meanwhile, despite missing four games due to injury, Doncic’s exceptional play has secured him an increase of two points. His consistency on the court has solidified his status as one of the league’s top players, leading to this latest rating.
In the same update, Austin Reaves also made notable gains, rising to an 88 OVR with an increase of three points. This showcases the depth of talent the Lakers have, especially in Doncic’s absence.
