UPDATE: A West Tennessee man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for stockpiling a shocking collection of child pornography. James Ballew, 74, of Milan, was sentenced after federal agents uncovered over 140,000 photos and nearly 8,000 videos of child sexual abuse material on his computers.
