Border Patrol Chief Vows to Show Judge Shocking Violence Videos
UPDATE: In a heated exchange, Chief Border Patrol Agent Greg Bovino confirmed he will present videos of extreme violence against ICE agents to U.S. District Judge Sarah Ellis of the Northern District of Illinois. This urgent development comes as tensions rise in Chicago, where ICE operations have sparked significant unrest.
During a live interview with Fox News host Harris Faulkner on October 28, 2025, Bovino expressed his readiness to give Ellis “a very good first-hand look” at the dangers his agents face daily. This meeting follows her order mandating daily interactions after allegations surfaced that ICE violated her directives regarding the use of riot control tactics.
Bovino emphasized the severity of the situation, stating, “If she wants to meet with me every day, then she is going to see just how bad things really are on the streets of Chicago.” He highlighted alarming incidents, including rioters calling for violence against ICE agents during protests, which have increasingly escalated.
“What she needs to see is this video, what it is like when you go in and out of the courthouse to see her every day,” Faulkner noted, as footage of an October 2 operation aired, showcasing the intense confrontations faced by law enforcement.
Bovino detailed harrowing experiences, including being struck by rocks thrown by rioters and witnessing agents being targeted with fireworks and knives. He remarked, “What you see in that video, that’s reality,” underscoring the urgent need for judicial awareness of the violence against ICE personnel.
As tensions mount, the question remains: will the media, including outlets like the Chicago Tribune, report on the disturbing evidence of violent rioters attacking law enforcement? This situation is developing rapidly and is expected to draw further scrutiny from both the judiciary and the public.
Adding to the urgency, Bovino revealed that he was unable to inform Ellis about a bounty placed on his head during a recent hearing. A gang member from the Latin Kings was arrested for allegedly offering $10,000 for Bovino’s death and $2,000 for information leading to him, as confirmed by the Department of Homeland Security.
As this story unfolds, all eyes will be on the interactions between Bovino and Judge Ellis, and the implications of the violence faced by law enforcement in Chicago. This urgent situation demands immediate attention as it affects not only the safety of ICE agents but also the broader community in Chicago.
Stay tuned for more updates on this unfolding story and the critical discussions surrounding law enforcement practices in the face of escalating violence.
