UPDATE: A Fairfield man has been arrested for possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) following a dramatic multi-agency raid early Tuesday morning. Matthew Rios, aged 38, was apprehended at his home on the 2000 block of Fairfield Avenue around 7:00 a.m. by the Solano County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Sheriff’s Enforcement Team and local police departments.

He is currently being held at the Solano County Justice Center Detention Facility on a $25,000 bail while facing felony charges.
