Knox County Man Sentenced to 56 Years for Rape of Minor

UPDATE: A Knox County man, Randall Fairchild Myers, 52, has been sentenced to an extraordinary 56 years in prison for the aggravated rape and incest of a 13-year-old child. This urgent sentencing, confirmed by the District Attorney, comes as a direct consequence of heinous acts committed during the summer of 2022.

Myers, who evaded capture for over a year, was finally apprehended by U.S. Marshals in 2024 after a comprehensive manhunt.
