At approximately 12:50 p.m., the suspects collided with a stop sign and a city light pole while driving recklessly in a residential area.

Witnesses reported that the juveniles were seen speeding in a dark blue or black Chrysler 300 when they took a corner too quickly, resulting in significant damage estimated at $3,500. The impact knocked down both the stop sign and the light pole, creating an urgent need for repairs.

Immediately following the crash, the driver and passenger fled the scene heading eastbound on Midlake Drive. Authorities believe the vehicle sustained noticeable front-end damage due to the collision, making it easier for the community to identify.
