Woman Struck by 18-Wheeler on Capital Boulevard, Traffic Disrupted

UPDATE: A woman is recovering in the hospital after being struck by an 18-wheeler early Saturday morning in northeast Raleigh. The incident occurred just before 6:30 a.m. at the 3700 block of Capital Boulevard, right in front of a Circle K convenience store.
