Indiana Trooper Injured in Urgent I-465 Crash – Details Emerging
URGENT UPDATE: An Indiana State Police (ISP) trooper was injured in a serious two-vehicle crash on I-465 northbound in Indianapolis earlier today. The incident occurred near the intersection of Rockville Road and West 10th Street at approximately 3:30 PM on Saturday.
The trooper was in his patrol vehicle when, for reasons still under investigation, another vehicle collided with his. Authorities report that the trooper has been transported to a local hospital; however, his injuries are currently not considered life-threatening.
Officials have not yet released additional details regarding the driver of the other vehicle involved in this incident. Investigators are actively working to gather more information and determine the cause of the crash.
