Lawson, who previously ran a successful catering business, has infused her passion into every dish, stating, “I’ve poured my blood, sweat, and tears into this.” The establishment features fresh greens, proteins, and specialty items like smoothies and soups, with a commitment to using high-quality ingredients.

Customers can choose from a menu of salads or build their own, selecting from a variety of options.
