Bay Area Rush Set to Rock San Jose on October 15
Fans of the iconic rock band Rush have reason to celebrate as the group has confirmed a performance in the Bay Area as part of their reunion tour. The concert is scheduled for October 15, 2024, at the SAP Center in San Jose. This event is part of the band’s Fifty Something tour, which honors the music and legacy of Rush, including the late drummer and lyricist Neil Peart.
The lineup for this highly anticipated event features original members Geddy Lee on bass and vocals, Alex Lifeson on guitar, and drummer Anika Nilles. The tour aims to celebrate not just the band’s rich history but also the profound impact of Peart’s contributions to rock music.
Tickets for the San Jose concert will go on sale to the general public at noon on October 31 through the band’s official website, rush.com. Fans can also participate in a presale event by signing up at livemu.sc/rush before 11:59 p.m. on October 23. The presale begins at noon on October 27 for U.S. and Canadian fans.
