Transit Technologies Launches AI Solutions at TMAC 2025 Conference
Transit Technologies, a leading provider of mobility management solutions in North America, introduced a groundbreaking suite of technology innovations at the Transit Mobility Alliance Conference (TMAC) 2025 held in Phoenix on October 28, 2025. The company aims to reshape transit and fleet operations by leveraging artificial intelligence and managed services, enhancing service delivery, asset performance, and operational resilience for public transit agencies.
During this year’s conference, attended by hundreds of fleet and mobility leaders, Transit Technologies unveiled four key solutions designed to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of transit operations. Among these innovations is the Intelligent Voice Agent (IVA) for Trip Management. This conversational AI solution replaces traditional Interactive Voice Response systems with a more intuitive, human-like interaction, allowing riders to easily check, change, or cancel trips at any time. This advancement not only improves responsiveness but also enables agency staff to better manage high volumes of calls.
Another significant offering is Managed Eligibility, a digital solution that automates the eligibility management process for ADA compliance. By combining automation with expert human oversight, this tool streamlines the intake, review, and determination of eligibility, enhancing transparency and accountability while ensuring that riders receive consistent communication.
Transit Technologies also introduced a modern Transit Workforce Management platform that integrates dispatch, scheduling, and payroll management in real-time. This solution connects Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) systems with operators and managers, minimizing service gaps and payroll errors, which ultimately boosts workforce engagement and operational efficiency.
Additionally, the Data Analytics Studio provides agencies with a unified analytics engine, allowing leaders to easily access operational data through conversational queries. This feature enables faster, data-driven decision-making by delivering immediate visual insights on performance metrics and maintenance statuses.
Looking ahead, Transit Technologies previewed two upcoming innovations: IVA for Service Request Creation, which automates maintenance reporting and work order generation, and Wheelchair Guardian, an AI-powered camera system that ensures the safety of students and passengers during transit.
Gerry Leonard, CEO of Transit Technologies, emphasized the significance of these innovations, stating, “These advancements reflect our deep commitment to empowering agencies with the technology they need to deliver safe, reliable, and equitable mobility.” He highlighted the company’s mission to build a connected foundation for the future of public transportation and connected fleets.
Transit Technologies’ comprehensive portfolio includes various solutions such as Ecolane, TripMaster, busHive, Passio, FASTER, TripShot, Bytecurve, and MJM Innovations, collectively serving millions of riders every day. The unveiling of these solutions at TMAC 2025 underscores the company’s role as a vital technology partner for public transit and fleet providers across North America.
