Residents and visitors in the Loveland area can look forward to a variety of engaging activities on Monday, November 3, ranging from storytimes and games to dance lessons and community events. Morning Activities and Workshops
Starting the day, the Little Fairy Tales Storytime will take place from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Forge Event Center, located at 815 14th St. SW, Building B120. This enchanting session features whimsical stories, delightful adventures, songs, and crafts aimed at sparking the imagination of young children.
For those looking to enhance their technology skills, the AmeriCorps Digital Navigators will host a drop-in session from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Loveland Public Library, situated at 300 N. Adams Ave. Participants can receive one-on-one tutoring for computer and mobile device skills without needing an appointment.
Afternoon and Evening Entertainment
Chess enthusiasts can gather at the Chilson Senior Center, located at 700 E. Fourth St., from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This free event welcomes community members to drop in and enjoy friendly matches in the Recreation Lobby.
Later in the evening, dance lovers can participate in line dance lessons at The Boot Grill, 4164 Clydesdale Parkway, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. These lessons cater to both beginners and intermediate dancers and are offered free of charge.
Meanwhile, the The Comedy Fort at 167 N. College Ave. in Fort Collins will host a New Material Night at 7:00 p.m., inviting adults aged 21 and over to enjoy an evening of laughter with no tickets required.
Additionally, the Gardens on Spring Creek in Fort Collins will celebrate Día de Muertos from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on November 3 and 4. The event features traditional altars, known as ofrendas, displayed in the Community Room, and an interactive Monarch Wall in the Butterfly House.
For those interested in community health services, the St. Matthew’s Medical Clinic will operate from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the House of Neighborly Service Life Center, located at 1511 E. 11th St. This nonprofit organization offers free medical services to individuals with acute and chronic health conditions.
Additional Events and Activities
Engaging activities continue throughout the week, including brewery bingo at Big Thompson Brewery from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, and Texas Hold’em at the Crooked Beech Taproom from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. on the same day.
On November 4, the final Loveland West Farmers Market of the season will occur from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the parking lot at Jax, 2665 W. Eisenhower Blvd. This market serves as a platform for local vendors to showcase their produce and goods.
