ASEAN Takes Action Amid Rising Tensions in Southeast Asia

On November 10, 2023, violence erupted at the Cambodian-Thai border, where a land mine explosion wounded four Thai soldiers, leading to a deadly exchange of gunfire that claimed the life of a Cambodian villager.
