AU10TIX Partners with Microsoft to Enhance Digital Identity Security
AU10TIX, a leader in identity verification and management, has been selected by Microsoft as a premier identity verification issuer on the Microsoft Entra platform. This collaboration, announced on December 3, 2025, represents a significant step forward in AU10TIX’s goal of providing a “Verify Once, Use Everywhere” framework for trusted digital credentials. By integrating AU10TIX’s advanced identity verification (IDV) and biometric technology, Microsoft Entra aims to enhance security for over 600 million users globally.
This partnership allows enterprises to issue and accept secure, decentralized digital credentials, facilitating seamless identity verification across various services and industries. The AU10TIX solution is now available through the Microsoft Security Store, which simplifies procurement processes while leveraging existing Azure commitments.
Through the use of advanced cryptographic techniques, AU10TIX’s Verified ID ensures high levels of authenticity, privacy, and data integrity. This approach eliminates the need for repeated verification, granting users greater control over their identities and reducing both friction and security risks.
Yair Tal, Chief Executive Officer of AU10TIX, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, stating, “This partnership with Microsoft is a milestone in the evolution of digital identity. Our framework transforms how people and organizations establish trust online.” He further highlighted that combining AU10TIX’s verification intelligence with Microsoft Entra’s ecosystem will make digital interactions more secure and effortless.
As organizations face increasing fraud threats and stringent regulatory requirements, the Verified ID solution offers a scalable, privacy-centric approach to identity verification. Key benefits include immediate verification that reduces identity theft risks, enhanced security through cryptographic measures, and frictionless verification processes that minimize user interaction.
In addition to standard identity verification, AU10TIX Verified Digital ID provides enterprises with robust protection via a multi-layered defense framework. Central to this is the AU10TIX Serial Fraud Monitor, which utilizes consortium data to detect and prevent recurring fraud attempts across the digital identity landscape. By analyzing patterns from a global network of identity verification activity, this system enables businesses to identify potential fraudsters early in the onboarding process.
The partnership highlights AU10TIX’s commitment to developing interoperable, reusable identity frameworks. By facilitating credentials that can be issued once and trusted universally, AU10TIX aims to reduce verification costs, streamline onboarding, and enhance user privacy, thereby contributing to a more connected and secure identity ecosystem.
Moreover, AU10TIX’s Verified ID enhances account recovery workflows by reauthenticating users through document and biometric verification before restoring access to corporate systems. This added layer of security helps prevent account takeovers and unauthorized access, reinforcing trust within enterprises.
The Verified ID solution supports various sectors, demonstrating its versatility in application. In workforce management, it streamlines remote employee onboarding and access management. In education, it helps prevent academic credential fraud, ensuring accurate student identity verification. In healthcare, it safeguards patient privacy while ensuring access is limited to authorized users.
Ankur Patel, Head of Product for Entra Verified ID & Authentication Experiences, remarked on the collaboration, saying, “With the growing demand for secure and high-assurance digital identities, AU10TIX brings advanced real-time verification of government-issued identity documents and biometric verification to Microsoft Entra’s Verified ID ecosystem.” This partnership is positioned to create a future where digital trust remains secure and verified.
Founded in 2002, AU10TIX is headquartered in the Netherlands, with offices in London, New York, and Singapore, as well as research and development centers in Israel and Eastern Europe. The company is dedicated to enhancing trust, safety, and compliance for businesses globally. With its fully automated identity management system, AU10TIX has successfully authenticated billions of identities and prevented over $24 billion in identity fraud.
