Glam Influencer Karen Quiroz Killed in Horror Motorcycle Crash
URGENT UPDATE: A tragic accident has claimed the life of motorbike influencer Karen Sofía Quiroz Ramírez, known to her followers as Bikegirl, after her motorcycle crashed and she fell under a lorry’s wheels. The devastating incident unfolded on a highway in Colombia on October 15, 2023, while the 25-year-old was attempting to navigate between two vehicles.
Witnesses report that the accident occurred after Quiroz lost her glasses, a critical factor that contributed to her losing control of her motorcycle. She collided with a Chevrolet Spark before tragically falling beneath the wheels of a lorry. Despite immediate medical attention from paramedics, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
What makes this incident particularly haunting is that just hours before the crash, Karen posted on her social media accounts, expressing her concerns about riding without her glasses. She stated, “I hope I don’t crash because I’m driving without my glasses.” Her chilling words have since been interpreted by followers as a premonition of her untimely death.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident. Transport official Jahir Andres commented, “The most likely hypothesis for the accident is that the motorcyclist was travelling between two vehicles. However, this situation will be subject to an investigation.” The Prosecutor’s Office is set to conduct interviews with witnesses and review CCTV footage to determine the exact cause of this tragic event.
Quiroz was not only an avid motorbike enthusiast with over 45,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok, but she was also passionate about tattoos and shared her biking adventures on her Suzuki Gixxer. This incident has sent shockwaves through the online community, with many mourning the loss of a vibrant personality.
In related news, a separate motorcycle accident at the Hot Wheels Epic Show in Penha, Brazil, resulted in the death of rider Lurrique Ferrari, who crashed after performing a stunt. Further, another tragic incident occurred in Naples, Italy, where stuntman Christian Quezada died during a performance after losing his balance inside a metal cage known as the Globe of Death.
As investigations continue into these incidents, the motorcycle community is left reeling from the devastating news. Stay tuned for more updates as authorities work to uncover the details surrounding these tragic events.
