Urgent Search Underway for Missing Detroit Man, 37, Last Seen Monday
URGENT UPDATE: Authorities are actively searching for Willis Black III, a 37-year-old man who went missing from his home in Detroit on November 24, 2023. He left his residence located in the 18900 block of Dale Street in a white Dodge minivan and has not returned.
Police report that Black was last seen wearing a green jacket, a black t-shirt, black pants, and hiking boots. His girlfriend disclosed that he struggles with depression and other mental health issues, raising concerns for his safety.
According to the Detroit Police Department, Black is described as approximately 5′11″ tall, weighing around 210 pounds, with green eyes and black braided hair. Notably, he has a tattoo on his left rib.
Police are urging anyone with information regarding Willis Black III’s whereabouts to come forward. Individuals can contact the Detroit Police Department’s 8th Precinct at 313-596-5840. Alternatively, tips can be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK UP.
