Arc Beverly Unveils Luxury Coworking and Social Club Experience
Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Boulevard, providing a luxury coworking space combined with a vibrant social club atmosphere. This innovative venue targets professionals looking to transition from traditional home offices or cubicles into a chic environment tailored for both work and leisure.
The operation of Arc Beverly is managed by **Good City Studio**, a Philadelphia-based design and development firm established by partners **David Gutstadt** and **Amanda Potter**. The duo has a proven track record, having previously developed notable projects like **Equinox Hotels** and membership-focused clubs such as **Ballers** and **Fitler Club**. Gutstadt describes Arc as “a workspace-focused club” where the primary appeal lies in its private suites and collaborative areas.
Distinctive Features and Offerings
Covering **65,000 square feet**, Arc Beverly boasts a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, including collaborative work areas, private offices, and conference rooms. The venue also features a theater and two rooftop terraces, enhancing its appeal as a gathering place for business leaders, social media influencers, and startups. Following a transition from its previous operator **Spring Place**, the facility underwent significant renovations, with some improvements still underway as it accommodates diverse member needs.
A standout aspect of Arc Beverly is its enhanced food and beverage program, spearheaded by culinary director **Victor Totoris**. Drawing on his Argentine roots and experience at respected local restaurants, Totoris has crafted a seasonal menu that emphasizes fresh, local ingredients. Dishes include a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri, reflecting his commitment to quality by removing seed oils from the kitchen and making all aiolis in-house.
Community and Events
Arc Beverly is not just a workspace; it has quickly established itself as a sought-after venue for major events in Los Angeles, including **NBA All-Star Weekend** and the **Oscars**. With capabilities to host intimate dinners, film screenings, and rooftop yoga classes for up to **150 people**, it is well-positioned for upcoming high-profile events such as the **2026 World Cup**, **2027 Super Bowl**, and **2028 Olympic Games**.
To manage daily operations, Arc Beverly has appointed **Florence Granteral** as vice president of club experience and operations. Granteral brings extensive experience from the **LA membership club scene**, including her previous role at **NeueHouse Club Venice**. She describes the space as a “business incubator, brand accelerator, and private event venue,” attracting members from various industries, including beauty, fashion, entertainment, finance, and technology.
The building’s owner, **Gores Group**, occupies part of the facility but has opened additional office space to accommodate growing membership interest. As some premium coworking spaces in Los Angeles close, such as **Neuehouse** and **Soho House West Hollywood**, Arc Beverly has seen a **50% increase** in inquiries, indicating a shift in demand toward innovative and community-oriented workspaces.
Potter emphasizes the club’s mission: “Over the next 12 months, our goal is to create a place where people can work, network, and recharge.” With a focus on continuous improvement, the team is committed to enhancing the facility’s beauty and functionality while incorporating wellness activities into its programming.
Membership at Arc Beverly includes four tiers, with monthly rates starting at **$300**. Members enjoy access to the club’s restaurant, bar, rooftop, and lounges, along with coworking spaces and various cultural and wellness events. The highest membership tier offers **24/7 access** to the building and reciprocal privileges with partner clubs worldwide, enhancing the overall value of membership.
Arc Beverly stands as a testament to the evolving landscape of coworking spaces, merging the demands of a modern workforce with a vibrant community and lifestyle offerings.
