Kadima Developers Launch $70 Million Seven Park Residences Project
Kadima Developers has officially commenced construction on the Seven Park Residences, a luxury development in Hallandale Beach poised to reshape the residential landscape. The project, which carries an estimated cost of $70 million, will feature 124 units that include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 500 to 1,645 square feet.
Located at 218-220 SE Seventh St., the mixed-use building will directly face Peter Bluesten Park. In addition to residential living, the development will incorporate 4,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, enhancing local commercial opportunities.
Key Features and Community Impact
The Seven Park Residences aims to provide a wellness-focused living environment, complete with amenities such as a swimming pool, cabanas, a fitness center, a wellness spa, and a sauna. According to Joseph Melul, managing partner of Kadima Developers, the start of construction underscores the robust demand for high-quality and attainable housing in South Florida. He stated, “The commencement of construction is a testament to the strong market demand for high-quality, attainable living in South Florida.”
The project’s development is expected to create hundreds of construction jobs, contributing to the local economy. Melul emphasized that it will also inject new commercial vitality into Hallandale Beach, significantly aiding the neighborhood’s growth and prosperity.
The residential units at Seven Park Residences are designed to cater to a variety of living needs, reflecting current trends in urban development. As the project progresses, it is anticipated to attract a diverse demographic, further enriching the community fabric of Hallandale Beach.
