Summerlin Homes Feature Spacious Designs for Family Gatherings
As the holiday season approaches, the significance of home as a gathering space becomes increasingly evident. In the Summerlin master-planned community, more than 100 floor plans are available, catering to a variety of sizes, styles, and price points. Developed by leading homebuilders, these new homes often feature spacious, open floor plans that facilitate family gatherings and entertaining. Key elements include expansive family rooms, outdoor covered patios, and cozy fireplaces that enhance the inviting atmosphere.
Jenni Pevoto, the senior director of master-planned community marketing for Summerlin, emphasizes the community’s commitment to family and home. “Summerlin’s cadre of the nation’s top homebuilders are responding with an even greater emphasis on designing floor plans that remain flexible to accommodate all aspects of everyday life, while encouraging gathering with a vibe that is both inviting and friendly,” Pevoto stated.
Variety of Homes for Every Lifestyle
Among the notable offerings is Ascension by Pulte Homes, situated in The Peaks village. This development showcases two home collections, ranging from 3,475 square feet to 4,530 square feet. Both collections emphasize open-concept great rooms and covered outdoor patios, ideal for entertaining. Prices for these homes start at approximately $1.7 million and can exceed $2.1 million. Selected models also feature game rooms as well as interior and outdoor fireplaces.
In the Grand Park village, Caldwell Park by KB Home offers two distinct collections of modern single-family homes and townhomes. The Grove townhomes are designed with spacious great rooms, perfect for hosting gatherings. Meanwhile, The Landings, Caldwell Park’s single-family collection, includes a loggia off the great room, extending entertaining space outdoors. Another notable development is Carlisle by Tri Pointe Homes, also located in Grand Park village. This community features two unique collections, Carlisle Ridge and Carlisle Peak. Notably, options for rooftop decks provide breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Valley, creating ideal spaces for entertaining.
The Sandpiper community by Lennar, situated in the Kestrel Commons district, features open-concept floor plans with covered patios that promote indoor-outdoor living. These two-story designs range from 2,055 square feet to 2,405 square feet, priced from the $700,000s.
Furthermore, Lark Hill by Taylor Morrison, also in Kestrel Commons, offers low-maintenance two-story townhomes ranging from 1,645 square feet to 2,163 square feet, priced from the mid-$400,000s to mid-$500,000s. Vireo by Woodside Homes provides two- and three-story floor plans from approximately 1,441 square feet to 2,034 square feet, priced from the high $400,000s to the high $500,000s.
With 35 years of development, Summerlin stands out as the Southern Nevada community with the most amenities, including over 300 parks, more than 200 miles of interconnected trails, and various community centers.
