Leonardo DRS Names New CEO and Board Chair, Transition Begins January 2026
Leonardo DRS, Inc. has announced a significant leadership transition as William J. (Bill) Lynn prepares to retire after fourteen years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The company’s Board of Directors has unanimously appointed John Baylouny as the new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. In addition, Frances (Fran) Fragos Townsend has been elected as the new Chair of the Board.
