Arc Beverly Launches Luxury Coworking Hub in Beverly Hills Now
BREAKING: Arc Beverly has officially launched its luxury coworking office and social club at 9800 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, creating a buzz in the city’s business and social scene. This new venue promises a unique blend of work and leisure, attracting professionals looking to swap traditional offices for a vibrant, upscale atmosphere.
The club, overseen by Good City Studio, offers 65,000 square feet of meticulously designed indoor and outdoor spaces. Members can enjoy private suites, collaborative work areas, and two stunning rooftop terraces. According to David Gutstadt, principal of Good City Studio, “Arc Beverly is a workspace-focused club where the primary draw is the workspace and private suites,” signaling a shift in how social clubs cater to modern professionals.
With the demand for premium coworking spaces surging—especially following the closures of competitors like NeueHouse—Arc Beverly has positioned itself as a go-to destination for both work and social engagement. The club is designed to cater to a diverse clientele, including business leaders, influencers, and startups. It has already gained attention for its upscale dining options, led by culinary director Victor Totoris, who has crafted a menu that features elements of his Argentine heritage.
Arc Beverly’s amenities include al fresco dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a robust catering service for private events. Notable menu items include a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri, showcasing a commitment to quality and local sourcing.
The venue has begun hosting high-profile events, including gatherings for the upcoming NBA All-Star Weekend and the Oscars. With future events like the 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games on the horizon, Arc Beverly is poised to become a central hub for Los Angeles’ social calendar.
In charge of daily operations is Florence Granteral, who brings a wealth of experience from LA’s elite membership clubs. She describes Arc Beverly as not just a coworking space but a “business incubator and brand accelerator,” emphasizing its dual role in both professional and social landscapes.
Arc Beverly’s membership tiers begin at $300 per month, granting access to exclusive facilities and events. Members will also enjoy reciprocal privileges through partner clubs, expanding their networking opportunities globally.
As interest in coworking spaces continues to grow, Arc Beverly is not just filling a void left by recent closures but redefining the standards for luxury coworking environments. The club is currently onboarding new members as renovations continue, indicating a commitment to evolving with its clientele’s needs.
Stay tuned for updates on this developing story and the vibrant community forming at Arc Beverly, where work and leisure converge in a chic Beverly Hills setting.
