Fox Valley Towns Confirm Halloween Trick-or-Treat Times Now
UPDATE: Towns across the Fox Valley have just announced their official trick-or-treat hours for Halloween on Friday, October 31, 2023. Families are encouraged to prepare for a night of festivities as local cities unveil their schedules for this beloved holiday.
In Aurora, trick-or-treating will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday. Additionally, residents can join the city’s annual trick-or-treat event at Wilder Park, located at 350 N. River St., from 2 to 4 p.m.. City officials are urging attendees to dress in costumes for a chance to receive free candy from over 20 city departments, alongside music provided by a DJ and other exciting giveaways.
Geneva has set its trick-or-treat hours from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday. Furthermore, a special downtown trick-or-treating event will be held on Thursday, October 30, from 2 to 5 p.m.. Children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes and visit participating shops and restaurants displaying a sign to collect treats.
Other towns in the Fox Valley have also confirmed their trick-or-treat hours:
– Batavia: 3 to 7 p.m.
– St. Charles: 3 to 7 p.m.
– North Aurora: 4 to 8 p.m.
– Montgomery: 4 to 7:30 p.m.
– Sugar Grove: 4 to 7 p.m.
– Oswego: 3:30 to 8 p.m.
– Plano: 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.
– Elburn: 4 to 8 p.m.
– Yorkville: 4 to 8 p.m.
