The flu outbreak in New York is escalating, with recent data indicating a significant increase in infections across the state. The New York State Department of Health confirmed that flu cases surged by 80 percent following the Thanksgiving holiday. Healthcare professionals also suggest practicing thorough handwashing, avoiding close contact with sick individuals, and maintaining a clean environment to minimize the risk of flu transmission.
As the flu season progresses, individuals are encouraged to stay informed about the situation in their local areas and take necessary precautions to safeguard their health.
