Jason Huang Joins Bolour Associates to Lead Debt Origination Efforts
Jason Huang has been appointed as associate director of debt origination at Bolour Associates Inc., a Beverly Hills-based real estate investment and finance firm. This move is aimed at enhancing the company’s lending capabilities across a significant portion of the United States, covering 17 states and the District of Columbia.
In his new role, Huang will oversee the sourcing, evaluation, and advancement of loan opportunities within Bolour’s lending platform. His responsibilities include acting as a key liaison among brokers, borrowers, and internal teams. This strategic position is expected to bolster Bolour’s lending activities and expand its market presence.
Huang brings a wealth of experience to Bolour, having previously served as vice president of underwriting at Onyx Funding. His career also includes significant roles in investment management for a $3.5 billion publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) and leadership positions in analyst, underwriting, and originations at various banking institutions.
Mark Bolour, CEO of Bolour Associates, expressed confidence in Huang’s expertise, stating, “Jason has a deep understanding of the private lending process and a proven track record of successful deal execution. That combination will help build our lending pipeline and fortify the relationships that drive value for both our clients and our portfolio.”
DaJaun Bennett, vice president of acquisitions and private lending at Bolour, highlighted Huang’s strong command of the originations process. “We appreciate Jason’s ability to evaluate risk and opportunity while ensuring a strong strategic fit,” Bennett noted. “We’re excited to welcome him and to see the impact he’ll make as we continue to grow.”
This strategic addition comes at a time when Bolour Associates seeks to further its influence in the commercial real estate lending sector. Huang’s extensive background positions him well to contribute to the company’s objectives and enhance its service offerings.
