The victim, a high school-aged girl, was walking eastbound on the north sidewalk when she approached the intersection of Kingsley Avenue. Authorities report that the suspect approached her under the pretense of asking for directions. However, during the interaction, he allegedly revealed his exposed genitals, shocking the victim.

After the incident, the victim distanced herself from the suspect and contacted the police approximately 30 minutes later. Officers quickly responded to the scene but were unable to locate the suspect, intensifying the urgency of this developing case.

Police describe the suspect as an Indian or Middle Eastern man, approximately 30 years old, with thick hair and eyebrows, dark-colored eyes, and a dark brown mustache connected to his beard. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve, collared button-down shirt paired with black pants.
