A recently filed permit indicates that construction is slated to begin in March, with hopes of completing the project ahead of the projected opening date of July 30, 2026.

According to Roger Adams, the Texas Director of Operations at Bagel Brands, the construction process should conclude before the end of June 2026. He indicated that while the project will involve an investment of approximately $350,000 to finish out the leased space, customers can expect the same beloved menu items that have made Einstein Bros a household name.
