On February 11, 2026, Colorado State University Global (CSU Global) announced a new partnership with the Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE) aimed at enhancing career development for educators across the state. This collaboration seeks to address the personnel needs within Colorado’s K-12 education system by providing affordable and flexible educational options for teachers and school leaders.

Educational Access and Affordability

Through this initiative, CASE members will benefit from special tuition pricing on CSU Global’s asynchronous online graduate-level courses and programs. This includes a range of offerings designed to help educators advance their careers while accommodating their busy schedules. With courses taught by credentialed instructors who have industry experience, participants can start their studies monthly throughout the year.

The partnership will benefit CASE’s extensive network of approximately 3,300 public school administrators from nearly all of Colorado’s 178 school districts. In addition to the teaching and learning programs, members will also receive discounted tuition on other graduate-level courses in fields such as information technology, business administration, leadership, organizational development, and project management.

CSU Global’s programs, including the Master’s in Teaching and Learning and Principal Licensure, are specifically designed to develop leadership skills and enhance earning potential for educators. These online offerings are particularly valuable for professionals who may find it challenging to attend classes in person.

Support and Resources for Educators

The partnership not only provides educational opportunities but also ensures that all CSU Global students have access to a dedicated financial aid advisor, success counselor, and a variety of online resources. These resources include technological support, live tutoring, library services, writing assistance, and career services, all provided at no additional cost to the students.

“At CSU Global, we are dedicated to empowering Colorado’s educators with high-quality and affordable education that meets the unique demands of their profession,” stated Dr. Audra Spicer, Acting President at CSU Global. “By partnering with CASE, we are removing barriers of time and cost, allowing leaders in our K-12 schools to gain specialized skills and credentials that positively impact their careers and communities.”

Melissa Gibson, Executive Director of CASE, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the partnership’s significance. “This collaboration strengthens the value of CASE membership and reinforces our shared goal of developing confident, capable leaders who can make a lasting impact in their schools, districts, and communities,” she said.

This partnership presents a strategic approach to meeting the educational needs of Colorado’s K-12 system. It aims to support teachers transitioning into leadership roles and district leaders pursuing advanced degrees. By providing affordable programs aligned with industry standards, the collaboration seeks to cultivate a new generation of educational leaders capable of addressing contemporary challenges.
