These included the dismissal of a lawsuit challenging Missouri’s parental consent laws for minors seeking abortions and a judgment in Fitz-James v. Hoskins, which allowed Amendment 3 to appear on the ballot. The office also acted decisively in removing Alfred Montgomery from his position as St. Louis Sheriff after he was deemed unfit for service, and it halted an alleged illegal diversion of federal funds by the Biden Administration.
