Transit Technologies Launches AI Solutions at TMAC 2025 Conference

Another significant offering is Managed Eligibility, a digital solution that automates the eligibility management process for ADA compliance. By combining automation with expert human oversight, this tool streamlines the intake, review, and determination of eligibility, enhancing transparency and accountability while ensuring that riders receive consistent communication.

Transit Technologies also introduced a modern Transit Workforce Management platform that integrates dispatch, scheduling, and payroll management in real-time. This solution connects Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) systems with operators and managers, minimizing service gaps and payroll errors, which ultimately boosts workforce engagement and operational efficiency.

Additionally, the Data Analytics Studio provides agencies with a unified analytics engine, allowing leaders to easily access operational data through conversational queries. This feature enables faster, data-driven decision-making by delivering immediate visual insights on performance metrics and maintenance statuses.

Looking ahead, Transit Technologies previewed two upcoming innovations: IVA for Service Request Creation, which automates maintenance reporting and work order generation, and Wheelchair Guardian, an AI-powered camera system that ensures the safety of students and passengers during transit.
