However, not every character from the expansive world of Marvel Comics fits seamlessly into the franchise. While the MCU continues to introduce new heroes in its films, several powerful Avengers from the comics may never make the transition to the silver screen due to their unconventional backgrounds and abilities.

Characters Who Might Not Fit the MCU

The Avengers are known for their diverse team of superheroes, each bringing unique strengths and characteristics. Yet, some members from the comics stand out as too bizarre to integrate into the MCU. Another character, Vance Astrovik, known as Justice, showcases the difficulties of bringing certain comic origins to life. Vance possesses telekinesis and the ability to fly at high speeds. His backstory involves a visit from his future self, warning him against becoming an astronaut, which inadvertently triggers his powers. This convoluted narrative could be difficult to adapt in a franchise focused on streamlined storytelling.

As a lawyer-turned-vigilante from the 19th-century American West, he finds himself in modern times after aiding the Avengers against Kang. While his story offers potential, the character’s obscurity may hold back any serious consideration for inclusion in the MCU.

Despite his comedic approach, Slapstick also faces the same hurdles. Resembling a cartoon clown, he can warp reality around him, providing comedic relief in the comics. However, his slapstick humor and cartoonish nature may clash with the MCU’s tone, making it challenging to incorporate him into the franchise effectively.

Furthermore, Silverclaw, a character who can transform into various animal forms, presents a unique visual aesthetic but comes across as too strange conceptually for the MCU. Her abilities offer versatility, but her origins may not align with the franchise’s overall narrative.

Lastly, Jack of Hearts is another powerful character that may remain sidelined. A human-Contraxian hybrid, he struggles to control his immense powers and is often confined to a containment room. This tragic aspect of his character may not translate well into the MCU’s vibrant and action-packed storytelling.
