Rochester Regional Health Shifts Lab and Imaging Registration Location
Rochester Regional Health has announced a temporary relocation of its laboratory and medical imaging registration office within the EJ Noble Building located at 80 East Main Street, Canton. Effective January 30, 2024, the registration office will move from the main floor to the lower level, accessible via the rear entrance. It is important to note that the laboratory and medical imaging services will continue to operate at their existing locations without disruption.
This relocation is part of necessary facility upgrades aimed at enhancing the services provided to the community. To facilitate a smooth transition, the registration office will remain operational on the main floor for a limited time during the initial days of the relocation. Team members will be present to assist patients and their families, and wayfinding signage will be displayed throughout the facility to guide visitors.
Details on Access and Services
Patients visiting the EJ Noble Building are advised to enter the parking lot at 80 East Main Street and take the first right turn to navigate around the right side of the building. Both the registration for imaging and laboratory services, as well as the services themselves, will be accessible through the same entrance on the lower level.
As the relocation is temporary, a specific timeline for when registration services will return to the main floor has not yet been established. Updates regarding the progress of the facility upgrades and the relocation schedule will be communicated as they become available.
Rochester Regional Health remains committed to providing quality healthcare services and appreciates the understanding of patients as these improvements are made. For any questions or further assistance, patients are encouraged to reach out to the health facility directly.
