U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Joseph Bailey Passes Away at 46

U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Joseph James Allen Bailey, aged 46, of Wheelersburg, passed away on February 21, 2026. His death marks a significant loss not only to his family but also to the community that revered him for his service and dedication.

Visitation for Staff Sgt. Bailey will take place on March 1, 2026, from 16:00 to 19:00 at D.W. Swick & Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Wheelersburg. Family and friends are encouraged to come and pay their respects during this time of mourning.

The funeral service is scheduled for March 2, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the Cornerstone Nazarene Church in Wheelersburg.
