Rogco LP Increases Stake in iShares Core S&P 500 ETF by 3.3%
Rogco LP has raised its stake in the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (NYSEARCA: IVV) by 3.3% during the third quarter of 2023. According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the firm now owns 88,303 shares after acquiring an additional 2,787 shares in the period. This investment represents approximately 20.8% of Rogco LP’s portfolio, solidifying the ETF as its largest holding.
As of the latest SEC filing, Rogco LP’s holdings in the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF are valued at approximately $59,101,000. The ETF, which aims to mirror the performance of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index, continues to attract significant interest from both institutional and retail investors.
Several other investment firms have also made changes to their positions in the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF. Notably, Nvwm LLC increased its stake by an impressive 210.5% during the second quarter, bringing its total to 59 shares worth approximately $37,000. Similarly, Hager Investment Management Services LLC entered a new position valued at $61,000, while Rice Partnership LLC expanded its holdings by 460.0%, now owning 112 shares valued at $70,000.
Creative Capital Management Investments LLC also purchased a new stake in the ETF, estimated at $80,000. Missouri Trust & Investment Co lifted its position by 33.0% during the same period, now holding 133 shares valued at $83,000. Collectively, hedge funds and institutional investors own approximately 70.12% of the company’s stock.
The iShares Core S&P 500 ETF, an exchange-traded fund, seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index. This index measures the performance of large-capitalization stocks in the United States equity market, with component stocks weighted by their total float-adjusted market value.
Investors continue to monitor trends and news surrounding the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF, particularly as it remains a key player in the U.S. equities market. The fund’s recent performance has been encouraging, with shares trading up by 1.1%.
