The main pool area will operate daily from 09:00 to 18:00, extending its hours to 09:00 to 18:30 in April, and further to 09:00 to 19:00 in May. Pricing for cabanas and daybeds starts at $99 from Sunday to Thursday. Additionally, residents can access the pool for a special rate of $75, which includes entry without a food and beverage minimum. Kassi Beach Club, returning on March 27, will cater exclusively to guests aged 21 and over. This vibrant venue operates from 11:00 to 18:00 on weekends, with plans to expand to daily service starting April 20. Located adjacent to the Kassi Beach House patio, the club provides a coastal Italian-inspired atmosphere, featuring a menu of spritz cocktails, frozen treats, and shareable platters. Live DJ performances will also enhance the lively atmosphere throughout the season.
