A grand nativity scene, recognized by the Guinness World Records as the tallest in the world, has been re-erected in Town Hall Square, marking a significant celebration of Christmas in Bethlehem after a two-year hiatus due to conflict. Originally built in 2020, this impressive display features oversized figures, including the Holy Family and the three wise men, attracting visitors and families eager to engage with the festive spirit.

The nativity set is an extraordinary sight, with Baby Jesus measuring 10 feet, 10.7 inches high and 10 feet, 10.3 inches wide, extending more than 13 feet in length. Mary, the mother of Jesus, stands even taller at 34 feet, 8.9 inches, showcasing the artistic craftsmanship involved in its creation. The scene opened to the public on November 23, 2023, inviting families to visit for photos and holiday strolls.
