James Conant, a respected member of the Harpswell community, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2026, at the age of 65. He was surrounded by his loving wife, Tammy Conant, and his mother, Roberta Greenlaw, at the time of his passing. Born on December 14, 1960, James was the son of Arthur Conant and Roberta Greenlaw. James is survived by three children and eight grandchildren, as well as three siblings and many nieces and nephews. He was also the proud owner of a dog named Boomah, who was a constant companion throughout his life.
